Our claims team has an average of 18 years experience in handling property and liability claims for financial institutions.

For onsite investigation of facts pertinent to the loss, securing public records and estimating and/or obtaining documentation to evaluate damages we currently utilize adjustment firms who have a national footprint as well as regional vendors. They were selected and are closely monitored for their professionalism and commitment to customer service.

To round out our claims team and to secure instant access to a much diversified group of experts we have established working relationships with claims departments of many other Berkley companies across the country. We utilize them primarily in claims situations which require unique expertise, FinSecure may not have in-house.
